· All new accounts are COD Certified Funds or Pre-pay by credit card.
· Orders from new customers will be shipped COD Certified Funds until credit is approved for COD Company Check privledges.
· DISCOVER, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
· Bank processing fees will be added to the total of transactions that apply, i.e. wire transactions
· Not all items on the website and in our catalog are available in our shop and not all items in our shop are available through our catalog and/or website. |
[ Prices & Charges ]
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Insured amount to cover value will automatically be added if value of purchase exceeds $100. Returned checks will automatically accumulate the bank charges The Embroidery Gallerķa is charged. Furthermore, the account will be switched to COD Certified Funds or credit card-prepay until the outstanding balance and the returned check fee is paid and discounts suspended. |
[ Shipping ]
· Orders to be shipped per customer's instructions
(ground, overnight, 2-day select).
· UPS
· Orders ship within 48 hours. |
[ Returns ]
· Only pre-approved returns will be accepted.
· A return authorization (R.A.#) number must be issued by The Embroidery Gallerķa in order to accept a return.
· There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
ANNUAL SHUTDOWNS:
The Embroidery Gallerķa will be closed for inventory purposes
One week in August & December 24th until the end of the first week of January in the New Year. |
[Hours of Operations]
· Embroidery Galleria will be open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
· Embroidery Galleria will be close on Tuesday and Thursday, but will be checking EMAIL and VOICEMAIL. Someone from our sales department will contact you at their earliest convenience.
